This place is awesome!!! To all my local friends in the Lake Mary Area...This place will give you an AMAZING workout in 30 Minutes!!!! I, like many of you are BUSY, but I get in and out and burn an incredible amount of FAT!!! Aixsia is the trainer to see first thing in the AM. Amazing workouts!!! My husband and I go at 6:05am 3-4 times a week. Our trainer is hilarious and so fun to workout with. You'll hear her say things like "you're gonna learn today!".. Always calling you by your name for accountability, has a motivational quote posted everyday, and plays the best workout music. I had a double lung transplant last July and she really helps me to stay motivated and use these new lungs to their full capacity. Love it!
