I am 70 years old and I had started at Lake Mary Fit Body Boot Camp. It is never to late to start. They take care of my needs and I will come 5 days a week.
Congrats on our 3 week anniversary Fit BBC! It has been an interesting and very motivating journey. I am left open to possibility and I can't wait to move beyond potential and into reality. In due time I can see that I will meet my goals and it may not be today but at least I feel the right support around me to keep going. Looking forward to being in beast mode at the Savage Races in the fall. Thanks Aixisia for the push and helping me to favor my bum knee so I could keep going!
