RecommendedWe like the large size of the campground, lots of room and good sites. We like the location and proximity to Cape May and other attractions. Also like the lake.
I heard They don’t give refunds even if you cancel 2 months in advance even if receipt says 48 hr cancellation not true. HORRIBLE PEOPLE
It seemed like a nice enough park but DO NOT book space #32. It's a premium space that they charged extra for but the septic system for the park is partially in the grass just off the concrete patio and we could smell sewer gas the whole time we were there. Needless to say, we didn't spend much time outside! I even woke up to the smell the first morning, despite having the A/C running, thinking that my dog had an accident.
We stayed at the end of July 2019 and camped in a tent. Unfortunately the WiFi did not work any of the 5 nights we stayed (which resulted in data overage charges on my cell) & neither did the hot water one night in to the next day at our bath house. Awesome place Great campground easy to get to Pull through sites
Horrible customer service. Had our items stolen by employees! The manager didn’t want to accept the fact that his employees would do that, tried to blame our neighbors. Thankfully we wouldn’t let him “buy” his way out of it and made them get to the bottom of things (he let us know how much money that place makes and that he would just buy us new). Had a wonderful time camping there. Only downfall is there firewood it is too wet and does not like to burn
I was there today visiting very nice places kids liked the lake thinking about purchasing a seasonal spot for next year .
