$80+ per night I expect a little bit more. Toilets that don’t fall over for starters. A bench INSIDE the shower stalls, there’s plenty of space. Mow the grass. 8” + is ridiculous. Clean out the fire pits same day a guest leaves. Site next to us had a large pile of food left. They have some nice facilities. But they really need to get back to basics of maintenance and house keeping
