Had fun but sadly they didn't have the kayaks and peddle boats yet i went this weekend they said they'll have them in two weeks

It nice ,but the only thing that I dont like the bathrooms,always wet,it dangerous because somebody could slipped. but it OK.
I am working in tourism as a teacher... and I never saw a bad customer service like this! I needed to cancel my reservation only 24 hrs after my booking (3 months in advance!!) and they're charging me 50$ fees... because it's their policy! for tourists, customer service is generally MORE important than policies... what a bad decision from the management of Lake Laurie... too bad, so easy to loose clients so hard to get new ones. Marketing costs more to get new customers than 50$ policies... Wish them a great season anyway ;)
