I left a bad review here on Monday 2/20. Today I learned it was actually Dr. Derek Black, stepping in for Dr Bordner who is out of town. It was a very disappointing experience with Dr. Black. I will update my review after speaking with Dr Bordner on his return.
I had my eye appt today only to find out it was a different Doctor. He continued to test my eyes and highly suggested I have the eye scan because he didn’t like what he was seeing. He continues to ask me if I was diabetic or had high blood pressure. This was concerning to me. I was truly getting worried, so I approved having the scan only to be handed over to the technician for the remainder of the appointment. Vision barely changed and a few contact lenses given. Dr Bordner and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Dr Bordner is patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend him. I had Lipiflow treatment for dry eye. It’s a quick and painless procedure.
Ann is so sweet and professional at the same time. got me scheduled very quickly! Dr Bordner is very kind and makes you feel taken care of
Had my annual eye exam this morning at Lake Lanier Eye Care. I elected to have all the tests and afterwards,Dr. Bordner reveiwed them indificually with me and reported that my vision was really good! Excellent experience with Amy, Diane and Dr. Brett Bordner, OD.
