After spending $75 for oil change, they ran my truck through wash with windows down. Soaked my laptop and ruined my work papers. At least the workers thought it was funny, laughing and saying that was f’d up. Careless and unprofessional! The manager Brook could care less about helping out to dry the inside of my truck out for me. She must be used to this sort of thing. Been a customer here for 10 years, place has gone downhill since new ownership. Truly disappointed!
Went 1 time. Terrible job. They Actually tracked mud on my carpet? It.was to be exterior wash only.When they returned car to me the Interior mats were wet and I supposedly I got a "free carpet mat cleaning". When I got home and the mats were fully dry, passenger side carpet/mat was full of mud. I had NO mud in car when I took it there.
We have been taking our cars up there for years for some reason lately last three times they have done a horrible job I ask my wife about taking it back please recommend another car wash in the area folks I suggest quit going there let's put these people out of business and teach him a lesson
The detailed the inside of my big rig. It looked brand new again. Great service!
I sent my car to be washed several spots were missed, when I sent my car back to be washed the manager said it was on the car before the wash and declined to rewash. I will not be bringing my car back to this location as the manager was not willing to correct something that was sent in to be washed in the first place. You're honestly better off finding someone else to wash your car!
I love the fact they use a lot of soap on your car,and they provide spray and towels so you can clean your Windows or whatever you may need to clean on your car.
They did an exellent job. My car hasn't looked that good since I bought it new
