I was a little hesitant to take my car here based on previous reviews but today they did a fantastic job. I got the manager’s special for $40 and I got my money’s worth. They delivered excellent customer service and a fantastic car wash. Thanks for your hard work. Keep it up. Sending my husband over with his car now.
Had one of the wifes windows re-tinted and they didn't remove all the window film at the bottom of the glass and tinted over it, rather than instantly re-doing it the manager Brook Brady passed it off stating well get it next time, never happened okay no big deal. Recently had the oil changed on my wifes pathfinder they overfilled the oil almost a QUART and it blew the cam position timing sensor in the oil channel and blew out the passenger side valves cover gasket, I ask him about it "oh well bring it by we'll drain some of... read more
Lots of soap left all over the car after the wash. That doesn’t seem normal
Fernando made a big deal about my oil cap had sludge on it and that my engine was going to blow up because of the sludge. I let him do the more expensive oil change because he made me worry that my car failing. After he left I started looking it up and the amount of sludge that I had was minimal. It had maybe a couple of bubbles compared to pictures that I seen on the internet. Never had I been so mad then at that moment when I realized that I was taken advantage of. Just went to this car wash. Paid $40 for the manager’s special. They didn’t touch the mats in the backs seat or the back hatch. Didn’t touch the door jams. Had to ask them to finish drying it. There’s more but I don’t have time.
DO NOT GET THE MANAGERS SPECIAL BECAUSE YOU WON'T GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! I tried giving them a chance but I'm completely done with this business
One star is being nice. I took my car here at 11am, 6 hours later I was still waiting for it to be done. Granted it was a full detail and oil change. BUT when my car was finally ready, I paid and left. About 2 miles down the interstate I began to hear a horrible noise. Turned out to be a metal plate dragging the ground that they didn’t properly attach after the oil change. So I ended up on the side of the highway.
