RecommendedNo matter who I speak to in the office they are kind and friendly. Even when I have silly questions. Maintenance has been swift with my two request and the grounds are always kept clean.

Moved from out of state in May 2020. Office personnel were great to work with, very helpful with allowing a friend come and do a video walkthrough for me. Apt is very large. Maintenance staff great. Pool is XXL and awesome!
I recently moved into Lake In The Woods and I can’t say enough about the great administrative staff. They make you feel like a VIP. Every time I go into the office I’m treated like a celebrity. Jordan, Tiffany and Cindy are so accommodating and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure all your needs are taken care of. The grounds are beautiful and you feel like you are in a quiet gated community. I’m looking forward to spending many years here.

Jordan was very sociable and kind , I enjoyed having him tour me around lake in the woods , he was very informative and professional.
Lake in the woods has been one of the best apartments I have ever lived in, The staff are excellent and always put the residents first. The grounds around the apartments are well kept. The prices are reasonable especially with the growing population of Melbourne. The location is perfect, it has a secluded feeling but within 5 minutes max of anything you could desire.
💁Cindy and Tiffany are the bomb!!💣Both do immediate move in's. 🙋Keep they're word and extremely helpful!!! My family and I are one of the newest neighbours in the community, as a teacher sometimes I need some peace and quiet to be able to restore energy and be fully charged to work with my students. After doing lots of research, I decided to pay a visit to this community and when presented with the model apartment , my teenager son and I fell in love with everything. So far I feel like we have found our little haven. Thank you Lake in the woods. Keep doing what you are doing right!
I have lived at LITW now for over a year. This has been the best experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. The staff is amazing. The apartment is super quiet. All of my neighbors are wonderful. I feel like LITW is a whole experience. The walk around the complex is beautiful. I love the lakes and the bridges. 🙏🏞
