Dr. Kramar is my favourite dentist ever!
Lovely practice with hard working, caring, knowledgeable staff. My cleanings are thorough and SO gentle, and the dentists really take their time in diagnosing and explaining treatment.
We had a very disappointing experience. We booked what we believed was a consultation to discuss treatment options and costs, yet were not told in advance that the visit itself would be billed. Being charged without that transparency felt misleading and avoidable. What made this worse was the way my 91 year old mother was treated. The tone toward her came across as condescending, which was both unnecessary and frankly unacceptable.
