I find it strange that at check in, the receptionist/medical assistant found my insurance information in the Lake Health System data base and the doctor (? he introduced himself as "Adam") didn't have access to see my medical history . . . Also, he wasn't open to "listening" to me. He was right. period. Research shows blah blah blah. I tried to point out the possibility of exceptions and he wasn't open to listening. I will NEVER go back there. I will suffer until I can be seen by my primary care physician.

I started this process June 2017 and when I tell you you will not find a more caring staff and amazing surgeon than the individuals that work in this office. Alexis is amazing. Courtney is the greatest she makes sure everything is in order. And Dr. Ben Meir is just so awesome and thorough. I had surgery on the 9th of this month and even though it was a big lifestyle change I knew my life was in good hands. I love you guys lol.
Took over 2 hours for my son to be seen by the doctor for ringworm when no one was even here!! We literally walked in, aids were great and doctor apparently decided to take his dinner instead for two hours then treat him... as I am typing still waiting and. Bout to walk out. I work in healthcare so I know how things go and this is unacceptable.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Ben-Mier and his team. The level of care my husband received was above all of our expectations. I am truly grateful for all their hard work, empathy, and professionalism shown to my husband.
