Even after a long absence, I was welcomed back as if I was part of the LHFE family itself. As always, the new and senior staff displayed amazing customer service skills! Every test was explained in detail and all my questions answered. Dr. Sobchuk's expertise, compassion and care rings true each and every one of her patients. The individual and very specific care my husband experienced with Dr Vetter and Travis was the best we’ve ever had. It brought us back for my new glasses and Ursula continued to give that ultimate care. I would highly recommend Lake Havasu Family Eye Care.

Very poor customer service, lack of knowledge in billing, overpriced and does not respond to clients who request a call for poor service. Will be finding a new office for next years apt.
My family and I have been going to see Dr Vetter and Dr Sobchuck for years and they are awesome! The staff is great, always great service. They have the best styles of glasses and sunglasses in Havasu.
