Overpriced, pretentious 100% snobs. You should hear what they say when you walk out the door. I was visiting family and needed flowers for my ill grandmother. Simple enough, but not important enough for them obviously. Spread the word... not for us commoners.
Flowers for a memorial were PERFECT even on only a day's notice! Lesley wskind and empathetic as she discussed options or such an emtional day. THANK YOU!

I'm very dissatisfied. My mother's birthday was yesterday, 3/3/16. I placed an order online with avas flowers, which I thought was a good site until now. I paid $67 dollars for something that my mother did not receive on her birthday. I would appreciate an explanation on what happened and how to fix this so it doesn't happen to anyone else. I've been trying to get in contact with the company via email and by phone; I've gotten nowhere and it's really irritating.
We loved all the flowers you designed for Abby and Nick's wedding! The colors were gorgeous. You captured just what Abby was envisioning plus you were so much fun to work with. All family and friends raved about their beautiful flowers. Your creative suggestions, friendliness and willingness to work within our budget were so appreciated. Ordered flowers on Dec 30 for someone in the hospital and was told they would deliver that day. Not only were they not there on the 30th ,they were also not there on the 31st ! Your service is awesome! I guess if you order from out of town your service is different. Funny my account was charged on the 30th.
I would highly recommend Lake Harriet Florists. They did the flowers for our wedding and were incredibly helpful and friendly. Everything turned out beautiful and they were even able to match my bouquet to my husband's uniquely colored quilt.
LHF and Owner, Naomi Strom, created the most beautiful spring arrangement for my friends who just had a baby girl. I ordered from the LHF website and it was better than pictured! Easy ordering and arrived at its destination the next day to compliments from the recipient. LHF is my go-to florist!
