I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Princess Salon, specifically with Rosi. I understand that every client’s hair is different and that sometimes results don’t turn out exactly as expected. Because of that, I was willing to give Rosi the opportunity to correct the issues with my hair. Maura is the best!!! She is so kind!!! I got a hair cut there, she took all the information of my hair cut and patiently did a hair cut!! Thankyou Maura!
They did my lady hair bleach and toner retouch up , but the appointment was delayed with instead of being serviced immediately with the hair stylist servicing bs walkins instead of the main priority appointment one. And the waiting bench hurt my ass . My womans hair came out fantasic though this place is cheaper than most overpriced hair saloon.
Rosie did my daughter's hair color and cut she absolutely loves it, she also in the past has had haircuts by Princess and another stylist and loved those cuts as well. That is why we keep going back!
jennifer has done my hair and nails on separate occasions and has killed it each time! love going to her and she is super detail oriented, listens to me, and is accommodating. i’d give her 10 stars if i could!!
