We waited a long time for a pontoon boat and then just gave up and got a speed boat. We paid a lot of money for a boat with terribly torn seats and it was very dirty (even had spider webs on the dash board). The staff was very disorganized. Overall we had fun and the boat ran well, but I think you guys can use some real improvements.
Do not subject yourself to the headache you will get trying to deal with these people !!
Inexperienced employees, terrible service, gave boat to another family after a long wait. Go anywhere else but here. Bad experiences
