The employees weren’t wearing masks until asked. Also- others waiting for their boats did not wear masks and the employees were not actively asking people to put them on. Made me very uncomfortable.
Was a disappointing experience. First your staff tells me I can only book within 48 hours of my departure. Mind you, I called tuesday so she easily could have said just go online to book. Instead she directs me wait until 48 hours before my panned trip. WELL IT WAS WRING INFORMATION! So I log on exactly 48 hours before and it wont let me book. I call them they tell me I was mistakingly told it was 48 hours within and not by 48 hours so here I have no options. It is literally at the deadline and I speak to a rude manager who ... read more
Huge waste of time. Showed up at 12. Since it’s ‘first come first served’ was put on waiting list. Told it would be 3 hours, went back at 3:00 told it would be another hour and a half. It’s 5:20 as I write this from the hotel and still no contact. Don’t like being lied to. Terrible customer service. Save your time and find another activity.
Extremely disappointed, after being advised of a two hour wait which turned into 3, 4, and five hours we decided to give up. No call to advise that we weren’t able to get a boat at all. I called and spoke to a manager and even left my name to speak with the owner and no return call. Customer service was terrible and I simply asked that since we waited all day to be first on the list the following day and they couldn’t do that. RecommendedAlways a guaranteed great day! My favorite spot to take out a boat and spend the day on beautiful Lake George. Highly recommended.
Staff is wonderful. We always have such a great time.
