No complaints at all for this place. The staff seemed nice walked up watched a video was handed a pontoon boat no problems no wait. Would definitely rent again and was much cheaper than place 75 feet away for a pontoon by like $40.
Jack (staff) welcomed us with tremendous enthusiasm and friendliness. All the staff including the cashiers and dock workers were fabulous. This was our first choice then were disappointed to find out the pontoon we wanted was not available so for a second option we went to another local rental who was a complete disappointment!!! Went on the Minne Haha ! Windows should be washed between rides. Pretty smudged up. Would be nice if they had a group or family discount. Cost me just under $100 to treat SOME of my immediate family (6 were not with me at the time !). PA system could be better. Other than that, we loved it ! Brought back memories from my kids childhood!
What better way to start September than a pontoon ride on The Queen....
We started out a little rough but you guys turned it right around! The boat was a lemon and needed to be taken out of the water-the staff and owner were amazing and refunded the day with out even asking! Highly recommend this company and thanks to Oliver for the rescue!!!!
