I trust the people at the Lake Geneva Chevy dealership only thing that makes me mad as I've been in there 4 times at least in the last five months and they don't have a remote control for the TV I asked one guy to help me and he said it's not my area and when I was there yesterday they had it they said they had a remote but nobody can find it I think with all the money they can afford to buy at least more than one remote so they always had one they knew where it was why the hell should we have to sit there and watch ESPN new... read more

I gave a 5☆ only because I'm impressed with the staff & the GM, Tim. Really, who loves sitting at a dealership for hrs!? I'm here to get service on 4th car we've bought from them & unfortunately the small part wasn't covered under warranty. However, Tim took care of it for us. It's nice to know there's loyalty still for those that are loyal customers! Thank you!

Picked up a used vehicle today. The process was much better than previous vehicle transactions at other places. Josh B. Was friendly and helpful. The GM Tim was pretty upfront with the numbers. We came to a quick agreement on a fair price. Thanks for making car buying painless for our family!

First time in 15 years very dissatisfied customer. Not very accommodating and customer service needs to be evaluated. Know what you're talking about to a loyal customer before you assume. Last car gets turned in on lease in December and will be the last after 15 years and 10 cars later. Check car thoroughly the first time prevents more time off work for customer and should not have to do the job for service techs

thieves biggest ripoff team ever,, add things to your contract but dont tell you about them or what they do... like wheel and tire for $300 but not only tell you your paying for it ,, they dont even tell you what it does . or a paper trail fee that makes no sence but to line lg chevy pockets i will tell EVERY ONE I CAN TO NEVER GO NEAR THE RIPOFF THIEF CAR JUNK DEALERSHIP IV BOUGHT I THINK 7 CARS FROM THEM,,, NEVER WILL MAKE 8 ALSO THEY LOVE TO RIP OFF FIRST TIME BUYERS AND I HAVE PROOF... Biggest ripoff ever. Add you things on your bill of sale. Never tell you that you are paying for them or that you even have worthless coverages. Like wheel and tire or 7 years paper work fee that they don't tell you about. Thieves Biggest ripoff scam game I've ever seen
