Go somewhere else over 6 hours for a recall that was supposed to take 45 minutes and check a tire I finally walked there and my truck was sitting there done not the tire they said it had to many leaks and then waited for the paperwork this place is a joke

Carlos helped my wife and I buy not one but 2 vehicles. I'm sorry I can't remember the financial guys name but he was able to work his magic and get us approved for both vehicles. We will definitely be doing business with them again.

We have been satisfied customers for several years, including buying three cars. Recently my daughter brought her car in for a minor brake squeak. Mechanic could not recreate the squeak. However,my daughter was given a $700 quote for all new brakes.I decided to take a look myself, being the car has 77000 highway miles on it. I found brakes in excellent condition, no need to replace anything. I trusted Lake Geneva Chevrolet to take care of my family when I was unavailable. That will not happen again.

Thank you Ed and Jon for making buying my 2015 Equinox so seamless. Usually buying a car seems painful. I will tell all my friends and family about Lake Geneva Chevrolet. I know my daughter is looking for a new car soon. She’s leasing a Ford Focus right now. I thought for sure when we pulled up the first night it was just going to be the typical hard sell. I was so impressed when Ed came back with two options for me. I also love that we didn’t have to haggle to bring down that monthly payment. Jon just made it happen.
