customer care...revolving door of dentists...could actually CARE about clients...insurance quotes always a mess...they just DO NOT care about you or your situation
My family dentist is doctor Samantha Johnson and she is nothing but professional, thorough and friendly. I have a 3 year old daughter, who is petrified of new surroundings and experiences and doctor Johnson and her staff were absolutely amazing with her. I can always get an appointment. Having had my share of traumatic dental experiences I was apprehensive as always to take a seat in that “chair”. Upon meeting Dr. Johnson I was pleasantly surprised not only with her expertise but also her willingness to take the time to explain steps as we went along in my dental treatment. I’ve had several appointments with Dr. Johnson thus far, and have several more coming up. I’m finding with each visit my white knuckle grip is lessened. Dr. Johnson is a professional in every way! Wonderful experience! Dr Johnson is kind, thoughtful and amazing at her job. She took the time to explain everything and made me feel very calm and comfortable. She’s very knowledgeable and you can tell she takes pride in her work. Her staff were lovely as well. Would definitely recommend!
Worst place ever!!! cancelled my surgery the week beforehand because they said I didn't confirm?! I've had numerous surgeries in the past and NEVER had someone cancelled the week before on me!! after waiting 2 months to get this taken care of!!! They were informed multiple times I can not access my voicemail and yet never noted that on acct and going back in my call log I missed TWO calls from them so almost a WEEK before surgery they cancel?! Very unprofessional!!
