Cory and Bob in parts and services helped me today with key fob repair fixed both perfectly...saved me lots of money and headache....recommand them 100%
I drive twenty miles because I trust this service department.
Ed and John were great! We made the trip from out of state so they worked out the paperwork a head of time so that we knew our monthly payments before we drove up. They even stayed open late for us. Great guys!

Poor on site area for viewing cars. Can't get around. Ended up trying to get out of a space to tight and hit a pole. They wouldn't even buff out the bumper. It would've only taken 10 minutes of there time. They lost a sale and I'll be sure to let everyone know about this.

I trust the people at the Lake Geneva Chevy dealership only thing that makes me mad as I've been in there 4 times at least in the last five months and they don't have a remote control for the TV I asked one guy to help me and he said it's not my area and when I was there yesterday they had it they said they had a remote but nobody can find it I think with all the money they can afford to buy at least more than one remote so they always had one they knew where it was why the hell should we have to sit there and watch ESPN new... read more
