Jack came out on-time, date scheduled. Diagnosed issue and finished installation next day after acquiring replacement heating element. System tested and all is in working order. Exfellent company to work with. I highly recommend and will use for all future spa repair work.
Phil was very nice and helpful. He even showed me how to use the chemicals I already have. Just a nice guy. I haven't gotten my bill yet so hopefully its not too much $ money $

They were prompt and courteous. Small business with just 2 people but they do a great job. They even attempted to get my home insurance policy to cover part of the work. When it was denied, they gave me a discount on the parts provided as a value added service.
I was satisfied
We were told the plaster would last ten years. Going into the second year rebar has come through the plaster rusting the areas around it. When we mentioned to Jack Benson that the rebar was coming through the plaster he said he wasn't responsible and told us to pay if we wanted it fixed. I had another contractor look at it and he said that's what happens when inexperienced plasters do the work. To fix it the pool will need drained and the remaining plaster will be compromised. We are considering legal action.
Very pleasant. Showed up on time and found the problem. Very fare rates and will use them again when needed.
