Lake Forest Pool and Spa has become my first choice when I need someone for pool repairs. Price was fairand they communicated with me through out the project.
I was very pleased with the service prior to the job and the job was fast and efficient.
Came exactly on time, had all tools needed, educated me on proper use. Was friendly, and fixed problem.

Jack spent well over an hour trouble shooting the heater, plus contacted other technical experts for their insight. Final outcome : the heater was not repairable, but I believe Jack gave it his best shot. He arrived on time, went right to work and was brand knowledgable. When it is time to replace the heater, I will give the business to Jack.
Very professional, very courteous . Seems to be a family run business. Kept me up to date every step of the way with courtesy calls. Would recommend without reservation.
