Don’t let these 5 star reviews fool you. I only lived here for a year (that was the soonest I could get out) and they went through 3 property managers and 4 leasing agents!! These apartments are very overpriced. Be prepared to be freezing during the winter due to poor insulation as well as an astronomical electricity bill. Also if you like roaches this is the perfect place for you! Im not sure what kind of “pest control” they have but it didn’t work. AND they went into my apartment without notifying me and without my permiss... read more

Love these apartments! I have lived here for a while and have seen great improvement in the quality of management and staff. Maintenance is very responsive and fast. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Daphne and for the area I feel that the cost is fair. Would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone.
Great staff and enjoy the pool! It’s closeby to everything.
