Great square footage, love the pool, and staff is always available when needed. Kids and pet friendly.
I've lived in several apartment complexes in Grand Rapids, and this community is by far the best. The apartments are the biggest I've seen, including balconies that will blow your mind (I think my balcony is bigger than my last bedroom!), and all very modern. The best part by far though, is the staff. From Tina, the leasing agent, to management, and to the maintenance staff, they are all just awesome.
