Really bad place. Our storage unit was broken into, and some of my things that cannot be replaced were stolen. The manager didn’t care about it, if she did she would have responded to our email right away instead of taking a week to do so. She already knew break-ins happened but never told us specifically, or bothered to investigate further I guess. The building smells bad, people smoking cigarettes, weed in other buildings. Unbelievably awful. We had a break in and theft in our storage unit, management didn't care. Took days to respond, said she already knew about break-ins but never investigated/called tenants. We lost valuable personal items that can't be replaced. It was heartbreaking, made worse by the new manager who doesn't know how to do her job and communicate with tenants. Extremely disappointed in my current lease. Lease rules only apply to certain renters. The area is unsafe as my own car was broken into as well as a neighbors entire sliding glass door shattered by intruders. They only maintain areas when inspections are happening and the staff has misled us on rules at our own expense. Would not recommend.

RecommendedThe kids at lake forest enjoy the fact that there is TWO pools to pick from! We love living here especially durning the summer! With TWO pools, nature walk by the lake, beach front for the kids to play in sand, fishing! what more would you want in your own back yard😉
Great family oriented place to live at. The two pools are definitely a bonus ! They also have a playground for the kids to play at.
The new management has made some amazing improvements!
The Staff in the office don’t keep there word.
Lake Forest staff has been very friendly and accommodating. Property is very clean and well maintained. I've had to place a repair order it was completed within 24 hrs. Great place to live 😊
