the mentor on the lake location lost my mower bagger. they tried to pass off an old ripped one as mine. when I told them it was the wrong one, they didnt care. they told me to take it or leave it. they also lost a weed eater I dropped off for repair. it took a good 6 months to finally find it and return it unrepaired. the store is a complete disorganized mess. I give this place 0 out of 5 stars. I would not recommend this place if it was the last repair shop on earth.
