Absolutely the best! Danielle and Jeff helped us get through a very tough time and took care of every detail for us. They met with us the day of our sister passing and answered any questions within minutes of a message. The building is beautiful...it makes you feel so much more relaxed during these hard times. They also catered a lunch us and everything was perfect. From the bottom of our hearts....Thank you💕

Danielle and Jeff were so helpful and compassionate when we recently lost my father in law. They provided transportation from Columbus OH back to Geneva on the same day I called them. They have gone above and beyond what I would have ever expected from a funeral home. They treat you like family! We can't forget about Cooper their service dog. He's such a great furbaby! Thank you both again for everything you do!!!

I highly recommend this team! They were so nice when I called at 7:30 at night on a weekend, informing them my, Gypsy (feline) crossed the bridge. They opened up to accept her in and prepare her for the next step in her new journey. You can feel the love and care that is so genuine within as you enter the bldg.
