I have nothing but great things to say about this facility. A shout out to Allen for always helping our son who suffers from bipolar. Allen has gone above and beyond for him. Not only has he helped him but has also helped us to understand this illness. We are very grateful and thankful for Allen and this facility.
These people were no help at all. When I told them I wanted to see a psychaitrist, they told me to drive to Perris where there was on on staff 24/7. That was a lie. There are nurses there, but not even nurse practitioner I guess. I drove all the way there only to once again be let down by Riverside County mental health and our health system in general. Don't expect help from this place.
I love coming here for my mental health. I've been being treated by this place since as a child and they are still just as amazing. They are very on point and do what ever they have to do to make sure I am happy. My visits are always great and i can always guarantee that. The nurse Eileen is amazing! both my therapist and psychiatrist are very accommodating to me. They made everything worse! Was referred there by my PCP for counseling only to be charged nearly $500 for a 5 min. chat with someone who barely even looked at me then referred me somewhere else. Definitely made me feel like they do not care about me beyond the money. It's disgraceful how little they even tried to help.
