Just went to the Canal location and tried couch potato on a waffle cone and my boyfriend had the Paula's glazed. Not sure how I'm gonna live my life without it every day but pretty safe to say this is the best ice cream I've ever had in my life!!
Stopped here after dinner with my girlfriend tonight, upon entering saw 4 employees literally standing in a huddle doing nothing but wasting the owners money, and was met with 3 very dirty looks from the teenage workers. The 4th & oldest looking girl that served us our ice cream was very friendly, however the ENTIRE time we were in this place the 3 teenagers that were behind the counter would not stop throwing dirty looks our way. Awesome assortment of flavors and great location..
Very good. Kids are always so eager to serve us, my favorite this summer is the Lemon. I also have liked the s’mores Sunday. I also like the idea you having ice cream of bars form so that my little grandson can eat ice cream by himself. Thank you for the delicious ice cream and excellent customer service. My family doesn’t mind to come to Lockport to visit because we always include a trip to Lake Effect.
This ice cream was definitely one of the best I have ever had. Our boys loved it. I was impressed with the flavor choices. Our oldest got the bright blue one and it actually tasted delicious. Usually the fun colored ice cream tastes so fake and disgusting. Not this places! Everything was great. And very reasonably priced. Another thing that we were grateful for since we had 3 hungry boys. �
