Always been satisfied with their service. My shepherd had to have unexpected surgery and the team was great and worked with me on the bill!

This has been the best veterinarians that anyone could have asked for. They have taken care of our boxer and Labrador multiple times and just recently took care of our boxers puppies. They are kind, understanding, and very helpful. We are glad to call them our veterinarians!
I've been taking my two dogs to Lake Dow for about seven or eight years now. Doctor Craig is the most professional, caring vet I've ever known. I would not consider taken my babies to anyone else. The staff is also top notch.
Let me say I took my 5 month old puppy to the vet today at Lake Dow and the vet he seen was very mean to him!! I probably won't be taking him back even though they have another vet because when I talked to her about it she pretty much excused the other vets actions, saying that my dog was squirmy. He's 6lbs!!! 2 of my 3 kids were in there and I think we were all upset when we left. She grabbed the back of his head/neck and yanked very hard which made him cry and also choked him.
