I've never been here before until this past week end. My kitten was brought in Saturday morning and needed surgery. They did it same day and called me multiple times to assure me he was okay and doing great. Very affordable and quick. Highly satisfied and trust them with my four legged baby.

Lake Dow Animal Hospital performs/charges for unapproved procedures on your pets. When I addressed that no one approved the procedure, they provide that the charges were actually in something else and that the $450 that my wife paid the day before was an estimate. Well the receipt my wife received doesn’t mention that charges are an estimate...... so when you pay for the total, just remember they may charge you more when you go to get your pet.....
This was our first visit and it was great! All staff that I came into contact with was friendly and helpful. You can tell they really do love their jobs. I think we’ve found our long term vets! Affordable services and close to home! Thank you Lake Dow
Caring and loving staff for both animals
I have been a client for many years. Dr. Craig has shown her caring expertise in every pet to be superb. Her fees are very reasonable showing she cares about your pet more than the $. Technicians and staff are superb. A special mention to assistant, Jennifer who always goes above and beyond to make you and your pet comfortable in stressful situations.
Always take good care of my fur babies. Reasonably priced. Worked with UGA regarding my cat’s recovery. 5 ⭐️ and 2 thumbs/paws up.
