I am extremely satisfied with the roof replacement that was done by Lake County Roof and I highly recommend this company. ***** took the time to explain the process of roof replacement so that I can understand what to expect. He was fair with the quote and transparent that there could be additional costs depending on what his team finds after the old roof has been removed such as rotting wood. I give ***** and his crew a 10!!!! Not only did *** fix my roof - they addressed a couple of other things that I didnt realise was related to the roof and they even installed fans on the roof. The price from when ***** and I started working did not increase at all! Then I couldnt believe how they left my deck and yard. The clean up was impeccable. I expected debris - there wasnt any!!!! His team completed the entire job in one day from start to finish. They were respectful of my property and left everything in perfect order. I would highly recommend Lake County Roofing.
Our experience with having our roof replaced was amazing.***** was proactive and concise in telling us what we needed and the process of replacing the roof was fast (done in 1 day). We got the Duration black onyx shingles.The workers were great and cleaned up the property as well! Cant recommend them enough.
I had the shingles replaced on the garage by Lake County Roofs and the quality of their workmanship is great and the price very competitive. I would definitely use their services again.
