We were very pleased with the service and quality of the new roof we had Lake County Roofs, Inc. install. The biggest reason we chose this company was the punctuality and professionalism of the owner, Darin. He answered his phone immediately when we first called, came and gave us a free estimate on the spot the next day, dropped off some shingle samples the morning after we called to ask for them, then we had the roof torn off and replaced in one day, only two weeks later, just as he promised. Wonderful experience with Lake County Roofs. Darin was able to answer all questions and gave a fair quote. The team did a wonderful job. I?m thrilled with how the roof looks. The entire process was very easy, I was given updates to the status, the team showed up on time and completed the job as described and cleaned up everything afterwards.
