Im giving these people 5 stars because I had to do basically nothing and received a lower property tax amount. I worked with Ronald Kingsly and he seemed to know his stuff. This is my first time appealing property taxes and im very happy with the out come. I would definitely recommend these folks to just about any one. I felt their fee was reasonable as well.
We were unsuccessful in getting our taxes lowered to our purchase price so we hired LCA and we just got a notice that they were successful. Our taxes were reduced by thousands of dollars and we are so grateful! Ron was so easy to work with and we highly recommend him.
