I've used Lake County appeal now for numerous tax appeals. They've always done great work, and also told me upfront if they thought that my property was fairly assessed. I'd prefer to get that honest opinion upfront as opposed to being led down a path of expecting a tax reduction only to find that the Board denies the appeal. The rules are not as simple as they may seem - but they have taken the time to explain to me why they thought my appeal either had merit or did not. Highly recommended!

I saw Lake County Appeal signs all over. Frustrated with my high property taxes, I contacted them. I gave them the initial $65 to start the process. I worried that they couldn't do anything for me. With very little effort on my part - they did all the work - I received word recently that they were successful and my taxes were lowered by $1700! I've tried other, more expensive avenues, to lower my taxes with no results. I highly recommend them. Ron Kingsley and his team are great! I will continue to use LCA. So easy!!!
I've used LCA for many years. For many of them they determined that my assessment was appropriate. Not so a couple of years ago. They filed an appeal and took it all the way to the Illinois Property Tax Appeals Board where they achieved a significant valuation reduction and tax refund for me. Last year they again achieved a significant tax savings, this time at the Board of Review. Ron and his staff are professional and responsive and I highly recommend them.
