please dont use the service thay charge you $65 to start the appeal byt when they adjust the tax amount from lake county this guys send you a bill of 37.5% of the amount lake county reduce on your anual bill on my case they reduce $1,485.95 for 2019 but they cahrge me $65 to start & a bill of $607.31 after
They took my $40 , told me there was no evidence to appeal unless I got a $400 appraisal. I found my own comps in my neighborhood. They found comps from another town ! I did my own appeal and lowered my taxes . They have a racquet going ! My neighbor also used them, they talked her into the appraisal . Ron Kingsley should be ashamed ......
