There are always insurance problems. My insurance says they pay for cleanings and every time I bring in my son I am told I have to pay OR I don't pay at time of service and I get a bill later. Then I have to come up there and explain everything. I have had to do this several times.
My child loves this office and is very comfortable here! We love all of the staff!

My son and I visited at the same time. He was finished just as my appointment began, although our appointments were scheduled at the same time. His hygienist brought him to the room when they had just started the process of cleaning my teeth. His hygienist then began to tell me about an infection he had in his mouth and how he would need to have a tooth removed soon. My son was seen because I thought his wisdom teeth were coming out. Prior to the visit, I asked if I was going to be charged. The representative checked, and she said no. Then when I went in for THIS visit, I was told about the "balance" from my son's visit. That is so disappointing to me and I feel like this happens all the time. I really like the doctors and the assistants but poor customer service everywhere else.
