The price was too expensive.
I was very upset that I was told I had to stay in the waiting room. My child has been a patient at this office since she was 2 and I have been apart of all her appointment. As any parent should be. It really bothered me that as a parent of a child I was not allowed back during the visit. Parents should be apart of the visit to make sure all information is understood and questions are asked. I felt like I was not allowed to know about my child's dental health.
I love my hygienist, Kristi. I have sensitive teeth thanks to autoimmune disease, so cleanings aren't fun for me. Kristi is very gentle & takes her time to make sure my cleaning is done with the least amount of discomfort possible. My whole family loves Lake Country Dental!
Both Paige and Blake did not have a good experience getting their teeth cleaned last week. They both said they girl that worked on them was very rough and it was painful. They couldn't understand what they were being told when getting their X-rays. Said the girl mumbled And was not friendly. Paige said they were really sloppy and squirted her with water in the face several times. We will specifically request different hygentist next visit

Still did not understand your dental care plan with Citibank. Is it an insurance plan with payments plans for life with monthly payments. Or can I pay them more than the minimum amount. What if I wanted to pay them $500.00 per month to shorten the payoff time. After the dental services are paid off am I still expected to pay monthly dues for the service. Is it a loan with Citibank ? Still confused. Call me 817 238 8350.
Wonderful office. Very friendly. Very good with small children. My 3 year old wasn't scared in the least!!
