Jolenta helped us with the short sale of our home. We had been trying to sell it for several months with another agent who did not communicate with us. We eventually had to fire that agent and were fortunate to find Jolenta. She improved the presentation of our property and marketed it right. First time home buyers worst nightmare. You get t to the closing, have waited to finally close on the house you’re excited about and you’ve been told all contingencies were fulfilled. We do our final walkthrough and turns out the sellers did not complete contingencies. When telling the selling agent (Jolenta the owner) that we would not sing the closing documents until she completed the contingencies, she told us we were ‘extorting the sellers’. We bought a home and sold our condo with Jolenta's assistance and could not have asked for a better experience. We moved from downtown Madison out to the burbs and Jolenta was a great help representing us as our buyer's agent. She helped explore various cities and neighborhoods to find the right match and represented us well throughout the purchase and closing process. Jolenta goes above and beyond for her clients making herself exceptionally available and staying in tight communication through all aspects of the process. This is the 3rd real estate transaction I've done with Jolenta now and there is a reason for that.
