Stole my $$$ We found a truck on the internet and worked out a deal with Tim. We gave a deposit for them to hold the truck and drove 1 1/2 hours to pick it up. We got about 10 minutes to the dealership and they called to say they sold the truck to someone else. Now we are being told that our deposit was never given. Seeking a lawyer. Needless to say...their website states integrity but they have none. I will NEVER do business with them again.
I love my car!! I first was online and spoke with Tim. I asked him if he had a certain car, and he checked right away and found the exact car that I asked for. We set up an appointment the next day. Harassment My wife and I came in to purchase a new SUV after speaking with Gus and Tim, both online and over phone the night before. Great Experience I had a great buying experience here at Lake Chevrolet. My favorite part of the whole experience was that the sales rep Enrique Colon allowed me to take the 2500 4x4 Silverado off roading to be able to experience the quality of the suspension that is on the truck.
