I went to Urgent Care with Acute Sciatic Pain and I had gone to another Urgent Care earlier and was told my insurance coverage showed inactive! I knew that was incorrect but they said they could not accept my insurance. I left and went to this Urgent Care. Madison at the check in desk also initially told me the same but when I told her that was definitely an error she went the extra step and called the doctor line and found out my coverage was still active.
