This hospital did not inform me that my child was being transferred to Shreveport. They did not allow any visitors for my child and never provided updates. I left several messages and voicemails, but I never received a response.
Wonder staff great hospitality from doctor and nurse in the emergency department
From my experience, great place! Staff are nice and knowledgeable and stuff gets done! I have to visit more frequently than most, but I enjoy my time there!
We received optimal care from the MICU team, specifically Denise, Joe & Bill. Thank you for all you did for our family. This hospital can rival any major city facility!
