This place refused to call my insurance after being given my card multiple times the lack of access to a therapist led to me having a psychotic breakdown and being given antipsychotics i was allergic to leading to me having a bad episode of distonia which cause two broken teeth and a pinched nerve that needs surgery my therapist was the best one of any of their employees and doesnt work there anymore i only got to see them two more times due to this bullshit that took one call from my case manager to resolve dont go here per... read more
Lake Behavioral gives me hope and helps me accomplish goals for my mental health. I have Brittany as my psychiatrist and Stephanie as my therapist. Knowing that I have people who are great at their jobs and genuinely care about people gives me a sense of security and helps with my anxiety. My son sees Brittney Jackson and I see Rachel Roberts. Two amazing women that have helped me and my son. Rachel has brought me so far and been on this journey with me several years. Brittney has done an excellent job with my son and I feel she listens to issues and tries to get him to understand. I would recommend this place and either of these 2 amazing women
I have been looking for a psychiatrist that can help me for so long. I recently started working with Dr. John Palmer and he's amazing....he's compassionate, intelligent, thorough, very patient and kind. Truly cannot recommend him enough what a gem.
