The managers suck ass. They can't do their job. In 4 months they have had 3 managers. None of them can do their jobs. They turn ur power off then switch it back to you then try to bill you double. Total bs. I hate this place.
They ENTER your apartment without NOTICE! CHARGED me for damages that wasn't there so that I couldn't get my DEPOSIT back. Charged me $10 Fee to use the POOL. PROPERTY has poorly lighting. On PROPERTY SECURITY does harassment of TENANTS! And helps them to REMOVE property OUT of your apartment if your RENT is late. Where they sell it off in the office.
Apartment is horrible. Water is always off, without notices. My apartment flooded twice within a three month span. Apartment was dirty before I moved in and there is mold in my apartment because of the water damage.
BEWARE do not move here looks are decieving the what they call HARDWOOD floors are laminate that come up and make sticking noises everytime you walk on them...INFESTED with roaches and maintenance NEVER cleans up anything i was here 4 months they NEVER did anything for their residents and used condoms and bottles trash left out all over for days OVERFLOWING garbage everywhere and it is GHETTO meaning everyone who lives there deals drugs in the basketball courts walks around asking you if you have a SQUARE .....they let anyon... read more
