Lajaunie's Pest Control is a great and dependable company. I've never had any problems with their service and when they gave me an appointment I can depend that they were going to be at my home within the time range they booked me for. I recently had an issue with carpenter ants in my tree. They sent someone over to check it out and then scheduled me for treatment. Was told I would have an appointment at 5 for new service...left work early to make sure to meet them. No one ever showed up, so I call and whoever answers the phone takes my info and says he is going to call the guy and get a on ETA. 20 minutes later I call back because I haven't heard anything and a new person answers the phone and says the office closed at 4 and no one could help me until tomorrow!! Really wish the termite contract wasn't with them, I would not use all together. So now I've lost time from work AND still h... read more

Very impressed with the service! This company provides the best pest control that I have ever experienced and is worth every penny! If I see any pests around my house, they are dead. The technician Devron in our area is very knowledgeable and is a friendly and outgoing individual. Devron provided outstanding customer service and you can tell honestly cares about his work.
