Dr. Laiz and his wife are super nice so they get 5 starts but their secretary? A 1 star. She is super rude and nasty. She’s been working there for a long time but she really needs to go. They need to hire someone new. She doesn’t have good customer service. She will yell at you, get rude with you… she doesn’t care. It makes you not even want to call there for appointments anymore. Me and family will no longer be going there anymore because of her.
