I HAD posted a negative review after my first visit BUT then Laird Noller Ford Topeka called me to try and correct my complaint... I was not sure how I would be treated after my negative comment I had posted but they have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations by far...! They staff at this place even the first time is super friendly and makes you feel welcomed... they have won my future business for now on...! Thank you to all those involved...!

Thank you to Vance Jurgens at the Quick Lane location. He took the time to put my new windshield wiper blades on my car since I couldn’t figure it out. His customer service is just another example of Laird Noller’s outstanding customer care. Vance knows how to take care of the customers.
I urge everyone to look at your contracts and purchase orders before signing. I guess “No, I would not like to accept a $900 GAP coverage because I have a much better option” means add it on, and don’t tell me.. or better yet, hide it by providing me a “different” purchase order. That is not customer service.
