I had a great experience with the sales rep, and love my car! I made an appointment to get my car serviced this morning at 8... I tried to call and check on it and all their phones were off... I had a coworker drive me over to check it out and they are closed... my keys are in the key box with no way to get them. Super upset that they made an appointment with me on a day they are closed. I am going out of town Thursday and now have no where to get my vehicle serviced.

Taken my car into Ford service center on Wanamaker due brake issues. Determined I needed a new master cylinder and booster. $1200 later they sent me on my way. A few days later I checked the brake fluid and the master cylinder was half empty. Filled it up and over the next week I had to fill it again. Called and they said bring it in. They determined the seals between the master cylinder and booster were bad. Today they replaced the seals and when I went to pick it up the ticket said if uses fluid bring it back.
