I was impressed with the appt. time with no waiting.
1st contact! Laurie at the front desk could not have been nicer and more welcoming. Her voice, her looks, and her great smile make one feel good about being in a doctor's office. 2nd contact! DeDe, a nurse I believe, and has the same wonderful comments as Laurie, plus, a very good listener, gathering and recording information, asking questions and actually LISTENING! 2 rare and nice experiences. 3rd? Very thorough and helpful
Visit with doctor went well but after that everything fell apart. The assistant did not do the pre~authorization correctly thus I was denied the prescribed medication from the pharmacy. After contacting the doctors office I found out the doctor and the assistant was out of office on vacation for a week so I was just out of luck. This office is a poorly managed office. As of today I still do not have the authorization needed to fill the prescription and still do not have my medication. Once again, great and knowledgeable doct... read more
